This Privacy Policy explains how Realtor Reply AI collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information when you use the Realtor Reply AI website, iOS app, and the Realtor Reply ChatGPT plugin, and it explains your privacy rights and choices.

1. Data Controller and Contact Information

Realtor Reply AI (realtorreplyai.app) is owned and operated by Natasha Soleil Ulrich and is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question, request, or complaint, contact privacy@realtorreplyai.app or support@realtorreplyai.app.

2. Scope of This Policy and What the Service Does

Realtor Reply AI helps real estate agents draft follow-up emails, draft property listing descriptions, and obtain AI-estimated ZIP-code market context. The ChatGPT plugin returns drafts inside your chat. It does not send email, does not access Gmail, Outlook, or any other inbox, and does not connect to a CRM.

3. Information We Collect

Account information: the email address and name on your Realtor Reply AI account, used to authenticate you and sign you in to the plugin.
Prompt and request inputs: only the fields ChatGPT sends when it calls a tool: scenario, client first name, property details, notes, tone, and ZIP code or address. We do not receive your ChatGPT conversation history.
Profile signature fields: your saved name, title, phone number, email address, and brokerage, read in order to append your signature to drafts.
Usage records: a record that a generation occurred (timestamp and request identifier), used to apply your account's usage limits and to prevent duplicate charges.
Technical and security logs: standard server logs including timestamp, IP address, and error details, kept for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.

Drafts generated through the plugin are returned to your ChatGPT conversation. We do not save plugin drafts to your account.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect payment card numbers, financial account numbers, health information, biometric data, precise geolocation, government identifiers, or your ChatGPT or email passwords through the plugin. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

5. How We Use Personal Information

To authenticate you and provide the service you request.
To generate the email, listing, and market-context drafts you ask for.
To append your saved signature to drafts.
To apply account usage limits and prevent duplicate charges.
To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
To respond to support requests and to comply with legal obligations.

Our legal bases, where GDPR applies, are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in security and abuse prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

OpenAI / ChatGPT: receives the drafts we return so they can be displayed in your conversation; OpenAI handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Lovable Cloud: our hosting, database, authentication, and server infrastructure provider.
Our AI model provider: processes request inputs solely to return generated text, does not train on them, and retains them only briefly for abuse monitoring.
Payment processors: Stripe for web purchases and Apple for in-app purchases. Payments are never processed inside ChatGPT, and we never receive your full card details.
Legal and safety disclosures: we may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not disclose personal information to data brokers.

7. AI Processing and Model Training

Drafts are generated by third-party large language models acting as our processors. We do not use your prompt inputs, drafts, or account information to train our own models, and our model provider does not use them to train its models. Market figures returned by the service are AI estimates, not official MLS data, and should be verified against your local MLS.

8. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure and processors are located in the United States. Where personal information is transferred from the EEA or the UK, those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.

9. Data Retention and Storage

We do not retain plugin drafts. Prompt and request inputs are not stored beyond the processing needed to return your result. Usage records and technical logs are retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterward for legal, accounting, and security purposes. Account and profile information is deleted when you delete your account.

10. Security Measures

Personal information is stored on managed infrastructure protected by encryption in transit over HTTPS/TLS, encryption at rest, access controls, authenticated API access with per-user authorization rules, and least-privilege administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify affected users of any breach as required by law.

11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Disconnect the plugin at any time in your ChatGPT settings.
Delete your account and its associated data in the Realtor Reply AI app under Settings, then Danger Zone, then Delete Account.
Request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@realtorreplyai.app.
Residents of the EEA and UK have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, under GDPR.
California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing, and the right to non-discrimination, under the CCPA and CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information, so no opt-out is required.
We respond to verified rights requests within the time required by applicable law, generally within 30 days.

12. Children's Privacy

The service is intended for real estate professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18, and we delete any such information if we learn we have collected it.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy and will revise the effective date above when we do. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. The full in-app policy is also available at realtorreplyai.app/privacy.
